Enjoyed my stay here and 100% recommend this hotel. The staff were particularly helpful and attentive and made me feel welcome. The location was amazing for walking around an ornate 17th-century Renaissance stock exchange. Further, it was near independent shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, the train station and the pretty walled garden with raised beds for growing herbs and beehives for home-grown honey.

The beautiful historic architecture added a charming ambiance.
The carpets in the common areas were heavily stained, which diminished the overall appearance of the hotel.

The bathroom was fantastic, with a generous walk-in shower and quality toiletries from Clarins. The hotel's location was also a major highlight, just a short stroll from the vibrant old town and numerous charming restaurants.
Breakfast options were very limited and overpriced.

Spacious and stylish!
We stayed for 2 nights in a super comfy Privilege Double Room. The place has this modern vibe, and the staff was super friendly. Location is just awesome, tons of restaurants nearby. Only bummer was the in-room breakfast, they messed up our order a bit and it was overpriced for what we got.

beautiful historic architecture, luxurious breakfast options, complimentary mini-bar
Lack of air conditioning creates uncomfortable heat during warm months!!! Tight parking entrance is not suited for larger vehicles!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity is a frustration for those needing reliable internet!!! Limited evening dining options may leave you scrambling for alternatives!!!

Charming Stay in a Beautifully Decorated Room!
We enjoyed a lovely night in a well-decorated Privilege Double Room. The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away yet close to the vibrant old town. Breakfast was a highlight, with good pastries. For your stay, ask for a room with a courtyard view to avoid street noise.

Charming building, friendly staff, with a bright lounge area perfect for relaxation and enjoyable drinks. An excellent breakfast offering that added to our experience as we were just a 10-minute walk from key attractions.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Beautiful building with unique decor. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options pricey and not worth it. Loved the complimentary mini-bar and easy bike rental for exploring the area.

Elegant, elegant, elegant
I stayed in the fine Privilege Double Room, where the unique decor inspired by Baudelaire's poetry instantly mesmerized me. The breakfast room was a delight, with an array of gourmet offerings and beautifully presented dishes, made each morning special. The Michelin-starred dining experience I had was lovely, with each course crafted to perfection and an amazing wine pairing that enhanced every bite!

The Privilege Double Room was spacious and well-presented, providing plenty of natural light. Breakfast featured delicious French toasts. The staff were unhelpful regarding reservations, and we were disappointed with basic amenities like no cups or water in the room. Breakfast seating was limited, forcing us to eat elsewhere despite a lovely hotel environment.
